The best female and male players in Country Cricket for season 2023/24 have been named.
Sienna Eve (Newcastle) has taken out the Alex Blackwell Medal after a fantastic season where she was named in the Australian Under 19 side, was capped as player number 46 for the Bush Breakers, and has recently secured a NSW Breakers contract.
Ethan Debono (Greater Illawarra) was crowned Josh Hazlewood Medallist after a tremendous NSW Country Championships saw him selected in the Bush Breakers side for the Toyota Australian Country Championships which were held in January in Newcastle. Stellar performances with the bat saw him selected in the Australian Country Merit team.
